Overview:
Hayward offers a complete of range cartridge filters in multiple thermoplastic materials. Haywards CFLV Series in Platinum GF-PP (glass filled Polypropylene) for single or multiple (5) cartridges, featuring a one-piece injection molded Platinum GFPP, flexible true-union end design, and sizes from 2" to 4"/DN50 – DN100 with socket, threaded, fusion and flanged end connections. Available in Simplex and Duplex assemblies and others assemblies upon request. The FLT Series now provides corrosion resistant solutions for low flow and tight space requirements in PVC and CPVC materials. Also available from Hayward, a complete range of pleated cartridges in multiple micron ratings and materials.Features:

- All thermoplastic filter vessels shall be manufactured from glass-filled Polypropylene conforming to ASTM D4101, Cell Classification 85580. All O-rings shall be EPDM or FPM for chemical service required. Both single-length and double-length models shall be one-piece molded body, true union type design. Bodies shall contain (4) ports to accommodate in-line or loop-style flow patterns. Various end connection sizes and materials shall be available to accommodate installation requirements. Bodies shall contain interrupted external cover thread for safety purposes. Each body shall have an integral mounting base. Covers shall contain vent valve which is protected by raised handles. Covers shall have an integral liquid-displacing dome on the underside of each cover. Cover-to-Body seal will be a faceseal, NOT a piston-type seal. The filter vessel shall accommodate both bag filtration and cartridge filtration (with use of a cartridge filter adapter kit). The internal basket, for bag filtration, shall be one-piece construction with vertical ribs to ease bag removal. And, a removable bag retainer ring, which will be locked in-place via a camlock handle integral to the basket, shall be used to ensure proper bag seating during operation. All filter vessels shall be pressure-rated for 150psi at 70°F non-shock. All Thermoplastic Cartridge Filters shall carry a three-year global warranty, shall be manufactured by Hayward® Flow Control and in the USA.
